Gee & Co specializes in every aspect of chemical dosing through storage, transfer and dosing.
Gee’s portfolio encompasses a comprehensive range of chemical dosing equipment which can be applied to any industrial environment or sector. From simple closed loop or to complex field bus applications, Gee chemical dosing systems are efficient and effective.

Gee & Co specializes in the design and construction of wastewater treatment and effluent treatment systems, drawing on wide-ranging experience in production and applied chemistry, mechanical, electrical and chemical engineering.
We have particular expertise in the treatment of inorganic effluent from the automotive, electronics, aerospace and metal finishing industries, and in the development of wastewater plant for contractors.

Gee & Company along with its subsidiary operation Michael Smith Systems, offers complete package plant or containerised systems that house all the elements of modern chemical metering systems - tankage, bunds, packaged dosing system and controls.
Although these package plant units use many tried and tested engineering concepts, they are supplied bespoke, with the materials of construction matched to a wide and varied range of chemicals.
They offer many other benefits to users in the effluent, public water and wastewater industries. Principal among these is that they are fully factory pre-tested under controlled conditions prior to despatch.

Gee & Co designs, tests and manufactures all its own thermoplastic chemical storage tanks and associated pipe work in accordance with BS4994, and other European accreditations.
This approach enables the company to job-match all the elements of the complete dosing system.
Gee-designed chemical storage tanks offer a safe and permanent solution to the problem of storing hazardous product. They eliminate the cost of renting and cleaning IBCs and also the inherent danger when handling and storing IBCs, drums or carboys.

Gee has over thirty years’ experience in the design and manufacture of chemical dosing skid systems – experience that is widely acclaimed across the utility, power generation, industrial water and process engineering sectors.
Select from either our standard or custom-built range of skid mounted modules. These are available in a range of capacities and normally embrace chemical storage tank, bund, dosing pumps, pipework and electrical controls – all of which are safely contained behind splash guards within a polypropylene skid.

Gee's Signal Division offers the UK’s most universal range of chemical dosing pumps and chemical metering pumps, together with an advanced choice of pump controllers and chemical mixers and agitators.
The Signal range includes the following types of dosing pump: Solenoid, Plunger, Mechanical Diaphragm, Hydraulic Diaphragm, and Pneumatic; plus multi-parameter electronic dosing pump controllers, and chemical mixers and agitators, including a range of top and side entry mixers for sealed and unsealed tanks - all backed up by a fast, effective technical advice service.

A range of electronic dosing pump controllers designed expressly to provide advanced electronic control of chemical dosing for the water treatment, wastewater and process industries - their many options include remote monitoring and control from a mobile phone or laptop computer.
Used in conjunction with Signal's range of chemical dosing pumps, these controllers provide a compact wall or panel-mounted system that completes the loop, giving an integrated controller and pump package.

Signal is the UK distributor and your technical partner for the chemical mixer and agitator range from Milton Roy. This brings together a unique combination - a market-leading range of sealed and unsealed chemical mixers supported by the Signal computer-based chemical mixer selection service.

Volatile Organic Contaminants (VOCs) – some of which are carcinogenic - are an unfortunate by-product in the groundwater on the sites of past industrial processes. Among the options available for their removal is the use of packed chemical stripping towers.
Gee is a noted designer and supplier of such chemical stripping towers, which offer a cost-effective means of treating such polluted ground water. Systems can be purpose-designed according to need.
In addition, Gee supplies carbon-absorption towers for the removal of the higher VOC concentrations produced by industrial processes.

Gee offers a range of vented fume gas scrubbers to dispose of the dangerous fumes that are a by-product of the storage and dosing of chemicals such as ammonia, NOX, chloride and many others.
Efficient in operation, they serve both to reduce the nuisance factor and to reduce environmental emissions to the approved EPA limits and IPPC guidelines. Scrubbers can be supplied as separate free-standing tower units or as an integral part of the chemical storage tanks. In addition, portable fume scrubbers are available for use on testing regimes.

From the supply of a single pump, right to the design and commissioning of a major turnkey chemical dosing or effluent recovery plant, Gee is committed to supporting its systems and its clients on a life-time basis.
We offer tailored programmes of support appropriate to specific client needs including service contracts and preventative maintenance programmes.
Gee & Co boasts over thirty years' experience in all aspects of chemical dosing and water treatment.
